Building Stronger Teams Through Inclusive Communication

Effective communication is at the heart of every strong team, but not all communication styles are created equal, and not everyone feels equally heard. This workshop helps teams deepen their self-awareness, build mutual understanding, and foster more inclusive dialogue across differences.

Through the Diversity Icebreaker exercise, participants will identify and explore their communication style and learn how to navigate tension.
