Inspired by ‘Placemaking’, a public planning philosophy that emphasizes collaboratively creating spaces to maximize shared value between the people and spaces that use them, we applied this thinking to the workplace and designed our recruitment process to prioritize clients’ and candidates’ needs, experiences, and well-being.
